From club shows to music festivals, Relentless Beats now produces over 400 events a year, featuring close to 500 unique artists in states that include Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii, and Texas. Marquee events include Goldrush Music Festival, PHXLIGHTS, Body Language, DUSK, Decadence AZ, and several concert series featuring some of the globe's biggest acts.
About the Box Office Supervisor Position
The Box Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the box office. This includes managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring accurate and timely ticket sales, and maintaining records. The supervisor ensures a smooth and efficient ticketing process for events and works closely with event organizers and other departments to deliver a positive experience for all patrons.
Key Job Responsibilities
● Supervision of Representatives and Leads
● Assist Representatives and Leads, this may include training new staff on systems and policies ● Tracking in/out times of Reps
● Organizing the scheduled breaks and cuts of Reps and Leads
● Communicates with Box Office Manager and/or Assistant Box Office Manager when issues need to be escalated ● Break coverage for Supervisors and Leads as needed
● May be asked to oversee setup and breakdown of 1 or more of the following: Box Office, Main and VIP Entrances, Credentials, Equipment
● Troubleshooting TIXR, WRSTBND transactions and complex customer service situations

Education & Experience Requirements
● Has a min 1 year experience as a Box Office Lead
● Expert level proficiency in TIXR, WRSTBND
● Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally
● Proficient in de-escalation
● Available to work all major RB festivals taking place in the Phoenix Metro Area, preferably all days of the event:
○ Body Language (March)
○ Phoenix Lights (April)
○ Goldrush (October)
○ Decadence (December/New Years)
● Available to work 75% of Special Events throughout the year
○ Spring Series
○ Fall Series
○ Block Parties
○ Dusk (Tucson)
Work Location & Hours
This position is primarily an in-office position in our Phoenix corporate office. Regular travel to shows and events sites is required. Evening and weekend work is required.
Physical Requirements
● May experience a wide range of temperature climates on job sites, including extreme outdoor heat and cool temperatures.
● Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments.
● Ascending/descending stairs.
● Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments.
● Remaining in a stationary position, often standing. or sitting for prolonged periods.
● Communicating with others to exchange information.
● Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
● Lifting objects up to 25 lbs.
